The Haven will be offline for planned server upgrades on July 10th from
11am-1pm PST.Obviously there is a chance the upgrade will take longer
than expected, in which case you can look for news here.
Though resolved by the time I got it, you aren't crazy. I have about 100 emails claiming the site couldn't connect to the database, so likely the host broke the database servers for a time. I have not confirmed that yet, but available evidence points that way
